Thandi is a litigator who specialises in medical malpractice. She has advised on a range of insurance matters in relation to medical negligence, public liability and professional indemnity.
She has trial experience before both the High Court and Magistrates Court, and has experience dealing with regulatory bodies such as the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Thandi has also advised on claims involving various other sectors: mining, competition and labour.
Thandi holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and a certificate in Medical Law from the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in July 2013.
