Full Profile
Tristan is an English qualified Spanish speaking associate in the global Projects & Construction group with a focus on transactional construction work. He works for a wide variety of clients (including employers, developers, contractors and consultants) both domestically and internationally and has experience with JCT, FIDIC and NEC construction contracts as well as bespoke forms of agreement.
Experience
- Advising a joint venture on a series of large housing developments (between 400-1,500 homes at each site) to be constructed across London.
- Advising a developer in relation to all construction aspects for the demolition works and construction of an 18-storey office building in Central London.
- Negotiating all construction documentation on behalf of a developer in relation to two separate mixed-use development projects.
- Advising two leaseholder groups on the construction aspects of cladding remedial works schemes and assisting with the Building Safety Fund application.
