Gail has more than 30 years of experience specializing in complex insurance coverage, bad faith, claims handling, and litigation. She is experienced in insurance coverage analysis and opinions involving CGL, auto, E&O, real estate, excess, personal umbrella, workers’ compensation, and other policies over multiple jurisdictions.

In addition, she has handled complex issues involving contribution, priority of coverage, exhaustion, allocation, other insurance, and self-insured retentions.

Her litigation experience includes extensive motion practice including motions for summary judgment, protective orders, motions in limine, and motions to strike, among others. She also has significant experience with construction defect, habitability, trucking, wrongful death, fire, and other areas.
