Alissa Pyrich focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. She has experience in several types of coverage, including commercial general liability, umbrella and excess, professional liability and additional insured coverage. Alissa has worked on both the policyholder side and the insurer side, giving her a unique perspective on coverage issues. She has authored multiple amicus curiae briefs on complex coverage issues.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Alissa was a partner at a start-up law firm in New Jersey and a senior associate with a major regional law firm. Alissa is also co-author and co-editor of a treatise on New Jersey civil practice.

Successfully defended corporate parent company against allegations that operating centralized insurance department transformed it into an insurer responsible for losses incurred by former subsidiary.
