Evelyn Pesantez is an associate in the Calgary office who maintains a broad practice in commercial, civil and insurance litigation.
While in law school at the University of Windsor, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada as a research assistant on pivotal labour relation cases. She also volunteered with the Girl Up mentorship program, providing guidance to young women interested in pursuing a career in law.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Evelyn articled and summered at a national law firm, where she gained hand-on experience working on complex cases involving personal injury, wrongful dismissal, bankruptcy and insolvency and expropriation claims.
