Jefferson Patten has 20 years of experience counseling and litigating contract disputes on behalf of national and international insurance clients in state and federal courts across the country. He currently focuses on coverage matters associated with commercial general liability, directors’ and officers’ and other fiduciary disputes, as well as first-party claims in which he has successfully defended clients against property damage, ordinance and law, soft costs, revenue losses and contract penalty, and bad-faith and punitive claims.

Prior to completing his education, Jefferson spent four years in the United States Marine Corps with the 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and was honorably discharged as a non-commissioned officer.
