Michael Peterzell focuses his practice on insurance coverage analysis primarily in the context of third-party claims. Michael's coverage practices encompass professional liability, logistics and transportation, construction design, and corporate disputes.
He also maintains a transactional practice involving contract drafting of franchise agreements, purchase and sale agreements, insuring agreements, and escrow construction.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Michael practiced defense litigation for a national law firm and represented large corporate entities, including a major international airline, technology firms, and logistics firms in state and federal courts.
