Taylor Pernini represents insurance industry clients involved in complex litigation in state and federal courts. Taylor’s experience includes insurance coverage and insurance defense matters, as well as general business civil litigation.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Taylor developed experience in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including insurance, contract, real estate, IP, and banking litigation.
Taylor’s practice includes matters involving insurance coverage and defense litigation. She also advises insurance carriers on issues relating to coverage obligations and insurance policies on first-party and third-party claims.
