Full Profile

Annabelle  advises on a broad range of transactions with particular expertise in inward investment and residential-led mixed use development.

Her recent experience includes disposals of high-value office buildings, head office lettings for insurance firms, acquisition of a portfolio of industrial and out of town retail estates, and large development sites in London

Annabelle is a long-standing member of the team, having qualified at Clyde & Co in 2004 and been promoted to partner in 2014. Annabelle was appointed to the UK Board at Clyde & Co in 2022.

She is also actively involved in The British Property Federation and Business London and acts as mentor to a number of professionals.

Annabelle Redman is very knowledgeable and in my opinion on top of her field of expertise. She is my go-to person if I encounter unusual sets of circumstances or complex transactions. Response times are quick and she regularly goes the extra mile to provide a very good and personal service.
