Andrew Rothenberger focuses on product liability litigation in the aviation, aerospace, and automotive sectors, as well as warranty litigation matters.
Andrew has extensive experience managing high-stakes litigation from inception through trial in both state and federal courts. His practice includes all phases of discovery, motion practice, depositions of expert and lay witnesses, mediation, and trial preparation. He has successfully defended manufacturers in complex product liability claims and warranty disputes. Andrew has handled cases across multiple jurisdictions and has developed efficient strategies for managing large-scale document review and discovery.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Andrew practiced civil defense litigation for eight years. He also brings unique perspective from his experience as a Field Service Engineer supporting aviation-based intelligence operations and his military service in the US Air Force.
