Stephanie Revilla predominantly handles aviation matters and general commercial disputes. She serves clients, including international airlines and other aviation stakeholders, insurers and individuals.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Stephanie served three years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department in its Tort Division. Stephanie was a member of the Law Enforcement Defense Unit where she defended lawsuits sounding in §1983 civil rights claims, false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, excessive force and a variety of other claims involving interactions with the New York City Police Department. Stephanie handled these cases from inception to trial and has successfully tried cases to verdict.
While in law school, Stephanie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan L. Honorof in Nassau County Court of Claims, and she externed for the Nassau County District Attorney's Office handling misdemeanor cases. Stephanie also previously externed for Holland & Knight in its International Litigation practice group where she assisted in complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation matters.
