Tess Ramadge is a Senior Associate in the Professional & Commercial Disputes team based in Melbourne. Tess acts for insurers and their insureds in the defence of litigated and non-litigated disputes, with a particular focus on public liability and workplace injury claims.
Tess has significant experience in workplace injury litigation, having previously practised in statutory recovery matters arising from workers’ compensation claims in Victoria. She advises clients on complex liability disputes involving workplace incidents and personal injury claims and has appeared on behalf of clients in interlocutory applications in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria.
