He represents a wide range of clients and insurers, particularly in the field of construction law and professional negligence. As such, he defends the interests of engineers, lawyers, brokers, accountants, IT consultants and professional orders.

Arnaud has defended an international engineering firm involved in public-private partnership projects – multi-million dollars’ claims were successfully resolved through mediation. He has also acted for an insurer in complex investigations related to allegations of fraud and embezzlement of funds.

Clients appreciate Arnaud’s detail-oriented focus combined with his efforts on finding business-minded solutions. 

A member of the Quebec Bar, Arnaud regularly appears before all Quebec Courts. He sits on the Board of the Canadian Bar Association – Quebec Section, Young Lawyers, whose goal is to help the next generation of lawyers by offering practical training.
