Humza maintains a broad litigation practice across all areas of insurance law, including professional liability, occupiers’ liability, complex personal injury, product liability, and construction related claims. He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and has represented clients in administrative proceedings and mediations.

During law school, Humza served as an assistant editor for the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law and volunteered as a student clinician with the Thompson Rivers University Community Legal Clinic, gaining early experience in client advocacy and legal research.

Before joining Clyde & Co., Humza articled and practiced at a boutique litigation firm where he developed a strong insurance defence practice. He remains actively involved in the legal community, mentoring junior lawyers and articling students through the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association.
