Jeanne Y. Sohn focuses her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in diverse coverage lines, including general liability, automobile, professional liability, and financial lines. Jeanne regularly prosecutes declaratory relief actions and advises insurers on complex coverage issues and risk exposure.
Jeanne has broad experience in civil and commercial matters, and in addition to her insurance practice, she previously defended national and regional banks, and credit unions in financial services litigation. Her experience spans New Mexico state, federal, appellate, and bankruptcy courts.
