Katy is an Associate in the Healthcare Team, based in the Glasgow office. She specialises in defending clinical negligence claims and has experience in a wide range of complex and high-value healthcare claims.
Katy has experience of proceedings in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and has worked on claims involving missed and delayed diagnoses, surgical errors, informed consent and product liability.
Katy also assists the team's regulatory practice, acting on behalf of healthcare and other professionals.
