Full Profile
Lisa is an Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy team in our Dusseldorf office. She rejoined Clyde & Co in 2026, having previously worked in the Data Protection team during her legal clerkship.
Lisa supports clients across the full spectrum of German and European privacy and data protection law.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Lisa worked in a mid-sized law firm, advising in data protection compliance and incident response for data breaches. She subsequently deepened her regulatory expertise at the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information ("BfDI"), where she contributed to advisory and audit activities for federal public bodies and supported internal projects of the European Data Protection Board, focusing on digital services, in particular social media services and the protection of minors on online platforms. She also gained in‑house experience at an international company, where she reviewed data protection implementation processes and drafted and reviewed commercial contracts.

- Advising on GDPR compliance, including governance structures, records of processing activities, data protection impact assessments and data processing agreements
- Monitoring data breaches and handling supervisory authority investigations
- Managing and addressing data subject requests
- Developing a standardised audit framework for the assessment of messenger services under European and German data protection requirements
