María José handles claims across every line of business, including civil liability, products liability, property, D&O, E&O, among other areas. Additionally, she advises domestic and foreign insurers, reinsurers and companies on Mexican insurance regulation. She also liaises with the litigation department to develop strategies for managing complex claims.
