Marina is a Spanish lawyer and Associate in Clyde & Co’s Madrid office, where she focuses her practice on complex litigation and international commercial matters. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration, as well as a Double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from IE University. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Throughout her career, Marina has managed judicial and arbitral proceedings from start to finish, with a particular emphasis on civil and commercial dispute resolution.

She advises clients across all stages of litigation and non-contentious proceedings, including pre-litigation strategy, court actions, and out-of-court settlements. Her practice includes handling complex insurance disputes and arbitration matters, as well as overseeing international claims and coordinating with lawyers and experts in multiple jurisdictions.

Marina regularly works on matters involving complex insurance coverage issues, construction-related disputes, major losses, accidents and professional liability claims.
