Max began his legal training in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020 at another leading NHS Resolution panel firm, where he specialised in defending clinical negligence claims on behalf of private insurers, NHS Trusts, and General Practitioners. He joined Clyde & Co in 2023 and continues to manage a broad spectrum of cases from initial instruction through to trial.

Max has particular expertise in a range of cases including birth and brain injuries, emergency medicine, vascular and spinal surgery. His practice encompasses issues such as delays in diagnosis and treatment, as well as claims brought under the Fatal Accidents Act and the Human Rights Act.

Beyond litigation, Max speaks at internal and external events on key topics, including patient consent, quantum, and learning from claims.
