Tom's approach is focussed on achieving practical and commercial solutions to fulfil the bespoke ambitions of each and every client. Tom advises on all aspects of people planning and people problems in a range of industry sectors.
This includes advising on employment rights issues such as organisational restructuring, restrictive covenant disputes, high profile and senior executive terminations and cross-jurisdiction projects.
Tom is also hugely experienced in defending Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE claims. In addition to this, Tom advises on technical human resource issues including disciplinary and grievance issues, capability and performance, and levels of risk on termination.
Tom regularly takes part in client seminars on recent developments in employment law, best practice and practical guidance on approaching difficult employment issues.
