Experience
Served as national coordinating co-counsel for a century-old cosmetics corporation in high-profile talcum powder litigation, crafting and implementing defense strategies for hundreds of cases from inception through trial. This representation included preparing corporate witnesses for nearly two dozen depositions, a process requiring review of tens of thousands of corporate documents, assessing and synthesizing decades of company history, and researching product design, manufacture, testing, and sales. Also managed client’s most active state docket as local counsel in New York, devising case-specific litigation plans from pre-discovery through resolution, including assigning case handling attorneys and deposition coverage, and directing all fact investigation, legal research, and motion practice.
