Clayton “Clay” Thornton focuses his practice on civil litigation defense matters involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, aviation and premises liability. Clay makes an effort to get to know his clients and their industries. By way of example, Clay has been involved in a number of tire litigation matters, and in 2016, he became one of only a handful of attorneys worldwide to earn a Tire Industry Association Automotive Tire Service (ATS) certification. Clay also works hard for his clients, having resolved various cases at summary judgment, including aviation, workers' compensation and premises liability cases.
