Dean Tetelman focuses his practice on complex general liability, construction accidents [New York Labor Law sec. 240 and 241(6)], and premises liability. Dean also has experience handling litigation under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”).
Prior to joining the firm, Dean primarily handled catastrophic injury actions, construction site accidents, and property damage actions. Additionally, he has experience litigating high-value cases suspected of fraud.
While in law school, Dean served as an intern to the General Counsel at a cryptocurrency exchange.
