Kate is an Associate in the Hong Kong office with experience in professional liability litigation, financial lines disputes and insurance coverage matters.
Kate joined Clyde & Co in 2023 as a trainee solicitor in the Hong Kong office and qualified into the Professional & Financial Disputes Department in 2025.
Her practice includes assisting with the defence of Insureds facing claims relating to alleged negligent provision of professional services, as well as advising Insurers on policy coverage issues. Kate has been involved in matters concerning professional indemnity, D&O and other financial lines policies.
