Katharina joined Clyde & Co in 2021 and qualified as an Associate in the Property & Liability team in 2025.
 
Katharina has experience acting for insurers on a broad range of liability defence and coverage matters, with a particular focus on environmental, public and product liability claims. Katharina also advises corporates on product liability and recall issues, including global product recalls across multiple jurisdictions, product regulatory compliance, and the crisis and reputational management aspects of product-related incidents.
 
In addition, Katharina has assisted with the review and drafting of insurance policy wordings, notably within the liability and medical malpractice lines of business.
 
Katharina is fluent in both English and German.
