Kristen is an associate in Clyde & Co’s Toronto office, where she practices in a range of insurance and complex commercial matters. Her experience includes insurance coverage disputes, commercial liability, tort and negligence claims, and arbitration.
Kristen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2025. During law school, she worked as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, representing clients in family law matters. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University College London and gained legal experience in Hong Kong in both private practice and in-house roles.
Having lived in Hong Kong and London for over 20 years, Kristen brings an international perspective to her practice and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and a variety of sports such as surfing, multi-day trekking, scuba diving and rock climbing.
