Natnipak's practice includes supporting domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, foreign investment projects, and general corporate advisory work. She regularly assists with legal due diligence, transaction documentation, corporate governance matters, regulatory reviews, and commercial agreements, helping clients navigate Thailand's legal and regulatory framework.
As part of her practice, Natnipak works closely with local and international teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
