Full Profile

Noah’s insurance litigation practice covers a broad range of areas, from defending minor personal injury claims to prosecuting large and complex property subrogation matters. Having practised in civil litigation exclusively, he has conducted insurance-related proceedings throughout western Canada. In addition, he has advised clients on disputes in nearly all areas of insurance and appeared before all levels of court in Alberta.

Noah has significant experience in judgment enforcement throughout Canada. He advises on the related mechanisms available across jurisdictions to protect and realize his clients’ recovery interests. Noah is a trusted resource to his colleagues and clients alike, who can always rely on his assistance on urgent issues. Whether he is assessing litigation strategy on a complex multi-party lawsuit or looking at a discrete procedural issue on a small claims matter, he takes extra care to ensure his clients have been fully advised of every option available to them. His diligence in this regard enables clients to capitalize on cost-effective and timely resolutions that require leaving no stone unturned.

A strong community advocate, Noah has participated in fundraisers for various charities including YOUCAN Youth Services and The Today Centre, which provides family violence help, and has served as a tree-planting volunteer through the City of Edmonton. In the legal community, he has acted as a volunteer judge for the 1L moots at the University of Alberta for the last few years and has lectured a business law class at NAIT.
