She joined the team in April 2024 and now works for a variety of insurers advising on a range of complex claims against medical and dental professionals, with particular expertise in claims involving non-delegable duties of care.

Rachael is an Associate in the Healthcare team, based out of the London office.
Following qualification in 2022, Rachael worked at a panel firm for a Medical Defence Organisation acting on behalf of GPs and Consultants defending complex clinical negligence claims. In 2023, Rachael joined another NHS Resolution panel firm defending claims on behalf of various NHS Trusts, before joining Clyde & Co in 2024. Rachael now advises on a range of complex claims against medical and dental professionals.
