Me Wittenberger is a senior lawyer in our Montreal office. Her practice is primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation, insurance law and professional liability. She is often called to plead before the various courts of Quebec. Her practice is also oriented toward arbitration in insurance and reinsurance, nationally and internationnaly.
Me Wittenberger is also a member of our North American Specialty & Investigations team dealing with matters involving art and species insurance.
Me Wittenberger was called to the Quebec Bar in 2012. She has completed a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at University of Montreal.
She is a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal and of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce. She is also an ambassador for Leucan, an organization that helps cancer-striken children and their families.
