Anna-Sophie qualified as a German Rechtsanwältin in 2016 and joined the new Clyde & Co Hamburg office in February 2019.

Anna-Sophie advises on commercial and shipping law, including in particular litigation and arbitration matters. She is experienced in the handling of chartering disputes, including before arbitration tribunals, and in advising clients on the handling of maritime incidents, arrest proceedings and shipbuilding disputes.

Anna-Sophie's second focus area is the Energy & Offshore sector, where she has gathered extensive experience in the negotiation of large scale project contracts for works, including BIMCO and FIDIC standard contracts. She regularly accompanies clients both during the tender phase for a project as well as in litigation cases in that area.

  • Handling a charter party dispute for the shipowner after a cargo arrest
