Daniel’s non-contentious work principally involves acting for developers in domestic projects, negotiating and drafting various contractual documents with interested parties.

- Acting for an international contractor in Technology and Construction Court (TCC) proceedings under an amended ICHEME Red Book in respect of the construction of an energy from waste plant.
- Advising developer clients in relation to residential and commercial developments.
- Advising on TCC litigation on behalf of construction professionals ranging from contractors, subcontractor and consultants.
- Acting for a contractor in Commercial Court proceedings concerning defects in respect of a high value development.
- Advising contractor clients in relation to a range of fire safety issues in TCC claims and in pre-action stages.
