Ayisha advises clients on a range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on construction, infrastructure, and commercial disputes. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and written submissions, supporting case strategy, and assisting with the management of proceedings across various stages of litigation. She also provides company secretarial and regulatory support, advising on corporate governance and compliance matters in Ghana.
Ayisha completed her legal studies at La Trobe University, Melbourne, and undertook her Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law before being admitted to practice in Australia. She subsequently worked as a Prosecutor, gaining experience in criminal litigation, advocacy, and case preparation, as well as working closely with law enforcement and other stakeholders. Following her relocation to Ghana, she obtained her Professional Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and was admitted to practice in Ghana.
