Daniel is an Associate in Clyde & Co’s Trial & Defense group, focusing on complex insurance and commercial disputes across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Daniel practiced in the advocacy department of another global law firm, where he gained substantial experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He has appeared before Ontario courts as well as numerous administrative tribunals, representing clients in high-stakes matters. Drawing on this experience, Daniel delivers pragmatic and tailored advice and advocacy, helping clients navigate challenging disputes and achieve optimal outcomes.
Daniel received his law degree from the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, where he served as the Co-Director of Advocates for Injured Workers, and the Co-President of Out in Law. Before law, Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
