Sarlina advises on a wide spectrum of aviation-related disputes for airlines, airport service providers, MROs, and their (re)insurers. Her experience spans aviation accidents and incidents, passenger, cargo, baggage, and aircraft damage claims, as well as fatal accident claims, personal injury matters, employees’ compensation claims, and criminal prosecutions.

On the non-contentious side, Sarlina provides guidance on conditions of carriage, contractual arrangements, and regulatory compliance.

She previously served as in-house counsel for an airline catering company, managing legal affairs across the Asia-Pacific region.

Examples of her work include advising on fatal accidents arising from aircraft tyre explosions at an MRO facility, multi-parties’ personal injury and employees’ compensation claims. She has also handled negotiations on airline catering and security agreements, airport development and lease agreements, onboard retail management and software development contracts.
