Yannick has been a Senior Associate in our Düsseldorf office since the beginning of 2023 and is part of the Data Protection & Privacy team.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Yannick worked for several years as a lawyer in a major international law firm in the same areas of law.
Yannick's practice focuses on advising on all aspects of European and German data law, data protection law, IT security law and IT law. This includes advice in connection with the introduction and running of new digital and data-driven business models, global compliance projects and incident response in cases of data breaches and other security incidents. Yannick is also extensively involved in defending clients in court proceedings against claims for damages and against regulatory measures, in particular administrative fines.
Yannick is also the author of numerous publications in the field of data protection and IT security law.
