Advising Costain plc on the relocation of its UK headquarters to 70 St Mary Axe, including all real estate aspects of the new headquarters lease and the exit strategy in relation to its previous headquarters.
Advising MNK Global Services Limited on their acquisition of nearly 18,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space at 110 Bishopsgate (Salesforce Tower) and strategically important pre-emption rights over an additional c. 30,000 sq ft of space to support long-term expansion plans.
