We advise landlords, developers and investors on the development, letting and asset management of office assets, with a particular focus on commercially driven and development-led transactions.
Our work spans the full lifecycle of office investments, from site assembly and structuring through to pre-letting, leasing, refurbishment and ongoing asset management. We are regularly involved in complex and high-profile development schemes, including mixed-use and sustainability-led projects.
A key strength of our practice is the insight we bring from acting extensively for corporate occupiers. This enables us to advise landlords on structuring transactions and delivering assets in a way that aligns with occupier requirements, supports leasing strategy and maximises long-term value.
We combine technical excellence with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, helping our clients navigate competing objectives across development, leasing and investment considerations.
