Akosua’s practice spans dispute resolution, construction, projects and infrastructure, with a strong focus on corporate advisory and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on corporate governance, credit risk management, commercial operations, and compliance matters. Drawing on her multidisciplinary background across both the legal profession and the telecommunications industry, she brings practical insight into operational strategy, contract management, and client relationship development.

Akosua holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from MountCrest University College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Ghana, having been called to the Bar in 2024.

Prior to her legal career, Akosua spent seven years at MTN Ghana where she managed corporate accounts, credit control, and revenue assurance before transitioning fully into legal practice.
