Sultan Al-Oqaili is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice in the Riyadh office, with five years of expertise in both regional and international litigation and arbitration. He has effectively represented clients through various levels of the Saudi judicial system, from initial court proceedings to appeals before the appeal courts and supreme courts, including general, commercial, and labor courts, as well as the Saudi Board of Grievances.
Beyond litigation, Sultan advises clients on legal issues related to Shari'a, commercial, and labor disputes. He has significant experience in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration and is skilled in enforcing foreign awards and judgments in Saudi Arabia. He is knowledgeable about the procedural rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
Additionally, Sultan negotiates contract terms and handles the drafting and reviewing of service contracts, lease agreements, and construction contracts. He is bilingual, proficient in both Arabic and English, which enhances his capabilities in legal drafting and negotiation.
