Esther has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the financial services, retail and consumer, aviation, healthcare, real estate, education, insurance and technology sectors.
Esther is a qualified lawyer and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kabarak University, Nakuru, Kenya in 2023.

  • Advising on the acquisition of 60 per cent shareholding of a local insurance broker by a multinational Insurtech company and structuring of the post-transaction entity in compliance with insurance laws in Kenya.
  • Advising on debt conversion into equity and debt settlement in a multinational corporation engaged in the education sector in Kenya.
