Manoj is a Senior Associate based in the Singapore office.
He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution across a range of commercial disputes.
He rose through the ranks to Associate Director at a Big Four law firm in Singapore specialising in multi-jurisdictional and domestic commercial disputes, in the spaces of insurance, corporate, investment, construction and technology. Throughout, he has been active in trial and appellate matters before all levels of the Singapore courts, international arbitration proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution, gaining deep familiarity with the various forums.
His practice is in commercial dispute resolution, insurance and regulatory matters, with a focus on the aviation sector. He is part of the APAC Aviation team. He often acts for entities within the aviation ecosystem, such as (re)insurance companies, airlines and aviation service providers, among others. He also co-authored the Singapore chapter of Lexology’s Panoramic Aviation Liability guide in 2026.
Manoj has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol (2015) and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (2017). He brings the ability to act as advocate before the Singapore courts holding a practicing certificate, as well as in institutional or ad hoc international arbitration.
He is Co-Vice Chairperson of the Law Society of Singapore’s Professional Indemnity Committee advising on the scheme for mandatory professional indemnity insurance for lawyers.
