Obuo’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, where she advises clients on company incorporations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. She regularly assists with the preparation and review of commercial agreements and supports businesses in structuring their operations in a manner that meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Her work also includes providing guidance on risk management and regulatory frameworks to support efficient and compliant business operations.
Obuo obtained her LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and subsequently attended the Ghana School of Law, where she was called to the Bar. She began her legal career at Legal Ink, where she completed her pupillage and now practices as an Associate.

- Conducting legal research and preparing transaction and compliance documentation to support corporate and commercial advisory work.
- Assisting with the incorporation of companies and other corporate entities, including preparing and filing the necessary documentation with the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC).
