Remy has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the aviation, hospitality, infrastructure, financial services, retail and consumer, real estate, and technology sectors.
Remy is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She graduated with a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the University of Northumbria, UK in 2013, and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Newcastle, UK in 2012.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co and relocating to Dubai, Remy worked at leading international firms including Bird & Bird, Mishcon de Reya and CMS, advising on cross-border M&A, JVs and investment transactions.
