His sector experience includes energy disputes (such as contentious oil and gas issues arising from Production Sharing Agreements) in the Middle East market and he has also acted on various general commercial disputes.
Robin acts for various international clients, including both private commercial entities and states, who are based across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, in high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Robin predominantly advises on disputes against other international entities but also has experience against states, including up to the enforcement of debt claims.
