Thomas is an associate in the marine and insurance team of the Paris office. His practice covers both contentious and non-contentious matters, focusing on marine claims, carriage (sea, air and road), insurance disputes (product liability, industrial risks), trade and commercial litigation, including multijurisdictional disputes.
He provides advice and representation before French state courts and Arbitral tribunals (ICC and CAMP), to domestic and international clients.
Thomas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022 after obtaining a Master's degree in Private International Law and International Trade from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Thomas acquired experience in Paris boutique law firms specialized in international trade, maritime and carriage law.
Thomas advises clients in French, English and speaks Spanish.
