Tommie Anne has rejoined the Clyde & Co team in 2019, after practising litigation for almost five years at a Montreal firm specializing in municipal and insurance law. Her practice is focused on the defence of various professionals, mainly engineers. She handles complex civil and professional liability cases, and arbitration in the fields of construction and insurance. Over the years, she developed strong skills in complex construction cases involving multiple engineering disciplines. Her tax and accounting knowledge are great assets. Finally, Tommie Anne represents professional orders in civil courts.
Tommie Anne is a versatile and seasoned lawyer with experience pleading before most of the Quebec courts, including administrative tribunals and the Quebec Court of Appeal, in both civil and penal matters. An assertive litigator, she does not hesitate to use all the options available to defend the interests of her clients. Her rigour and initiative allow her to provide her clients with comprehensive and pragmatic strategies aimed at effectively managing their files.
Tommie Anne completed her studies in law at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2013 (LL.B.), while at the same time working in Clyde & Co’s administrative support department.
Tommie Anne is an avid sportswoman, long-distance runner and pilates enthusiast. She applies the same determination, strength and perseverance to her work as a lawyer.
