Full Profile

Samuel has experience advising employers on a broad spectrum of workplace and workforce issues, supporting clients through both contentious and advisory employment law matters. He regularly assists with the management of complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, sickness absence, workplace investigations and redundancy processes.

He has experience representing employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving a range of claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, victimisation, harassment and breach of contract. Samuel supports clients throughout the life cycle of disputes, from pre-claim strategy and ACAS Early Conciliation through to case management, witness evidence and final hearings.

Samuel also advises on non-contentious employment law matters, including employment contracts, staff handbooks, workplace policies and contractual documentation. He works closely with HR teams, in-house counsel and senior management to deliver commercially focused and pragmatic solutions to employment law and employee relations challenges.
