Her experience includes assisting clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate advisory matters. She has worked with clients operating in the healthcare and technology sectors.
Amina graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management in 2025, from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
Prior to joining the firm, Amina interned at a top-tier law firm in Cairo. During her time in Canada, she contributed to pro bono work at the Ontario Legal Information Centre, conducting legal research across various sectors including real estate and agriculture.
Amina is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
