Richard advises clients on a wide range of M&A, private equity, joint ventures, fundraisings, corporate reorganisations and general company law matters.
He is a member of the firm’s Energy Transition, Climate Change and Power & Renewables groups and has a strong interest in climate tech and Net Zero. He has spoken on energy tech at industry conferences.
Richard has a long-standing specialism in advising on all corporate aspects of UK and international real estate investment and development projects.
He has advised a range of clients on M&A and JVs in the industrials, trade and commodities sectors and marine sectors. He also advises management teams and investors in the technology sector.
